Every year 35,000 children are taken into care in the UK. Many are removed from chaotic, traumatic, abusive, neglectful or desperate situations. All will need a temporary foster home and some will go on to needing a new adoptive family.
Fostering and Adoption transforms young lives. Come and learnt more about how you can bring love, hospitality and support to children in need.
With a shortage of foster carers and adopters, particularly for older children, sibling groups and children with additional needs, Home for Good believes that the Church should respond to God’s call to be a father to the fatherless and support the orphans and widow (James 1:27) Home for Good believes we, as God’s children, should step forward and care for these vulnerable children and that the Church should wrap around and support those who do.
