L’Arche has an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Facilities Coordinator to join the team in Ipswich.

£24,458 per annum (pro rata if part time)
L’Arche is one of an international federation of 143 faith-based communities. We support a wide range of people with learning disabilities in our Supported Living Services. Like other support providers we are regulated and inspected to ensure a high quality of provision.
We are looking for a Finance and Facilities Coordinator who would be able to provide support with the finances, give health and safety advice and develop on existing as well as new housing schemes. Equally, we would like to hear from anyone who would be interested in part of this role on a part time basis. Perhaps you are an expert around finance but know less about housing for example. We want people who will work and live in accordance with the values of L’Arche.
The role involves:
- Providing administrative and financial support to L’Arche Ipswich
- Providing housing maintenance and development support to L’Arche Ipswich
- Developing new housing projects and associated schemes
- Ensure that all members of the community are in a safe environment and adhere to health and safety practices and auditing associated records.
What we offer:
The role is available full or part time on a Monday to Friday basis, although we may be able to accommodate those who would prefer to work weekends. As we are a community, you will be invited to community events and gatherings.
33 days paid holiday pro rata each year.
Training and induction given on commencement in post.
