Anyone looking for a church planting challenge? Suffolk is seeking a pioneer.

The diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich has an exciting initiative to plant a hundred small missional groups and fresh expressions of Church across rural Suffolk through the Lightwave Community. Its vision is to see 1,500 new disciples of Jesus Christ as part of a great wave of God’s love bringing light to our county.

The diocese is looking for a prayerful entrepreneur or couple to pioneer the Lightwave Rural Hub (Rural Resourcing Church) in the area around Otley, Suffolk. They will…

• develop and lead a team to plant and grow church for the unchurched in the countryside
• work in collaboration and be a blessing to the mission of local churches
• plant a series of small missional groups
• grow new disciples and new leaders in mission
