Due to the retirement of the current post holder, the role of Senior Residential Manager within Christian homeless charity the Adam Outreach Project in Lowestoft has become available.
Based at Hope House, Lowestoft, you will be working with homeless men who have a range of issues including, substance dependence, family issues and mental health issues.
The role of Senior Residential Manager will require a person who is able to demonstrate leadership skills and is highly self-motivated to enable the maintaining and running of Hope House on a day-to-day basis and to co-ordinate and facilitate support to promote and enhance residents’ journey towards self-autonomy and independence.
The Senior Residential Manager’s role will also involve the supervision of the office administrator and the giving of support and advice to the night manager and activities co-ordinator/relief manager.
Candidates for this post will demonstrate a high degree of both verbal and written communication skills, particularly interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrate an ability to multi-task and maintain an open and approachable demeanour.
The post is a full-time live-in position. The pay is £11 an hour (for 94 hours per calendar month) and the remaining hours worked (negotiable) are paid with accommodation, company car and food allowance etc which is included
