Based in Halesworth office, but may include home working.

Average 16 hours per week.
Honorary/Real living wage.
Public point of contact for 14 benefices.
Overseeing Pastoral office processes.
Clerk to Blyth Valley Parishes Joint Council – organising and minuting meetings.
Managing Safeguarding Dashboard and DBS applications.
Making collective purchases of church consumables.
Processing Faculty applications.
Maintaining the Blyth Valley Churches Directory.
The applicant must have good administrative experience and be organised, literate and numerate, with a knowledge of using word processors, spreadsheets and electronic communication etc.
The post holder must be confident and mature and be able to work on their own initiative, managing workload and priorities.
An experience of working for a voluntary organisation would be desirable.
