On Friday 11 July 2025, some of the West End’s brightest talents are heading to Ipswich for a truly inspiring evening of live music and heartfelt storytelling, as West End Has Faith performs at Colchester Road Baptist Church from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
This one-night-only event brings together a group of acclaimed West End performers who share not only a passion for theatre but also a personal Christian faith. The result is a moving and joyful performance that combines the marvel of musical theatre with powerful reflections on life, purpose, and belief.
The cast for the evening includes:
- Lucy Miller-Wall, with West End credits in Matilda, Mamma Mia, and Chicago
- Katrina Markham, lead in It Is Well With My Soul – The Musical
- Hannah Grace, known for her roles in The Phantom of the Opera, Mary Poppins, and Oklahoma
- Adam Stone, whose stage and screen work includes A Christmas Carol, Godspell, and Band of Brothers
Joining them on piano is David Gibson, whose musicianship brings depth and emotion to the evening’s performance.
The programme features music from a variety of beloved shows, including Les Misérables, Wicked, The Greatest Showman, Sister Act, Newsies, and Godspell. These iconic musicals are brought to life with fresh energy and meaningful context, as performers share personal stories of faith, challenges, and hope between songs.
Rev Andy Fitzgerald, one of the ministers at Colchester Road Baptist Church, is thrilled to welcome the group:
“This is more than just a concert—it’s a celebration of God given talent, founded upon the life changing following of Jesus. It’s a rare opportunity to hear some of the West End’s finest performers in a setting that’s professional but intimate, welcoming, and personable. Everyone is welcome, and we encourage the community to come and be part of this special evening.”
