Transforming Futures Suffolk (aka Home for Good: Suffolk) has an exciting opportunity for someone to join its team, as a coordinator in the West of Suffolk.
Transforming Futures Suffolk is currently seeking someone to join its charity in a part-time role and is prayerfully trusting God to bring the right person for this position.
The Coordinator is a frontline delivery role within Home for Good: Suffolk, responsible for raising awareness of the need for foster carers, adoptive parents and supported lodging hosts, and for supporting families caring for children with care experience within a defined area of Suffolk.
The post holder will work relationally with families, churches and local partners to encourage and equip churches to become welcoming and supportive environments for care‑experienced families. They will connect, support and empower families through activities, events, information and signposting and advocate appropriately for families in partnership with statutory and voluntary services.
