The Addington Fund’s Lammas Service
August 1 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Celebrate the ancient festival of Lammastide, which is traditionally the start of the harvest calendar – a time of giving thanks to God for all we sow and reap. Lammas (literally loaf mass), is the celebration of the first loaf from the first grain of the wheat harvest.
Everyone is invited to join this service of thanks, followed by drinks and a hog roast. This is the sixth consecutive year that the service has been held here, attracting many people from across the region. The speaker is the Addington Fund’s newly appointed CEO Bill Young, who will be talking about exciting developments of the Fund in East Anglia.
Proceeds go to the Addington Fund, helping farming families in need. If you require more information please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
